I ordered from the EU for the second time as a gift. The first time, I received a dented container and had to keep it for myself because it wasn’t suitable for gifting. I know I could have returned the order, but there were other items at attractive prices that I wanted to keep.
Today, I went to pick up my second order from the post office (thinking the first instance was a fluke), and again, it was the same cream intended as a gift. Only the lid of the container remained undamaged; the rest was one big dent. Other items were in almost the same condition— even the eyeliner brush was bent, and the aroma diffuser came in a shabby box.
Perhaps it's time to reconsider the packaging method for items that require special attention? I've read many negative reviews about the packaging of EU products, and the situation still hasn't changed.
P.S. The cream is excellent in every way!
It's unlike any other body cream I've ever tried. Perhaps it's because of the high amount of oils in the formula, but it's absolutely lightweight, non-greasy, quickly absorbed, and at the same time moisturizes the skin better than anything I've tried. And of course, the scent. It's incredible!
As other customers have mentioned, the jar arrived dented. Nevertheless, it is a good cream with a slightly sharp scent that becomes more gentle when applied. I have been using it for about two weeks and have not noticed any particular moisturizing effect. It is simply a good cream. I would buy it again at least for the fragrance.

This cream left me speechless. I have been using the shower gel from this line, so I decided to order the cream. When I opened the jar, it smelled like a musty washing machine for the first couple of minutes after application.
