Very powdery. For those who don't like powder, this one is pure and slightly soapy.
This is a soft laundry detergent kind of fragrance that does not smell nice on skin. I will use it up as a fabric freshener.
From the very first spray, and after an hour on my hand, I can clearly feel the scent of OFF mosquito spray/cream (from the 2000s). It is quite long-lasting.
