Nourishing, non-sticky, but lacking a refreshing effect. It doesn't irritate or dry out the skin (I have combination skin), soothes redness, and heals spots from acne - it helps beauty and inflammation fade faster in those areas. There is a scent, but it's just a subtle cosmetic fragrance. The bottle is heavy and inconvenient without a dispenser - I transferred it to another bottle. Overall, it's a good product.
I absolutely love this tonic, I've been using it for 3 bottles now and I will continue to buy it regularly. My skin tends to be dry, but this tonic moisturizes it superbly. I really like this brand, I also bought the Hydralift Cellular mask and I give it the highest rating as well.
Very, very cool! After using it, my skin feels soft and moisturized, and it smells luxurious! The cream applies wonderfully! It's the best toner I've ever tried. And the packaging itself is something else! It's a heavy, substantial matte glass bottle - I always approach this step in my skincare routine with pleasure.
