I ordered 3 different candles from the brand Yankee Candle, including this one based on reviews.

Yes, scents are a very personal matter. HOWEVER.

Specifically, I didn't even bother lighting this one, I just smelled it and decided that it wasn't my scent. In my opinion, it smelled too chemical and waxy, not at all like real wax.

The second candle, in the same format, in a jar, smelled subtly and delicately after opening. But when lit, I couldn't detect the aroma of the essential composition at all, only the smell of wax again.

And the third candle, from the same manufacturer but a different design - in a square glass jar with a metal lid and three wicks - is a completely different product. Its aromatic composition is noticeable even when the candle is closed with the lid. When lit, it fills the whole apartment and all the rooms with its scent. And there is too much of this scent, so I have to ventilate.

If you decide to purchase candles from this brand, the most important things you need to know are:

1. Candles in glass jars with metal lids are truly made in America.

2. Candles in round jars are made in the Czech Republic.

3. They are made from different components, which can be seen from the candles themselves, but both the American and Czech ones are far from being natural.

4. Refrain from buying if you have allergies.

The MAKE.UP website receives a big negative mark for providing unreliable information about the product!

The scent is almost imperceptible, especially in larger rooms.

The fragrance is very pleasant, but unfortunately it can only be noticed up close. I can't say that it fills the room well. After an hour, the candle burned down and the scent became barely noticeable.

This product has a very pleasant scent that is reminiscent of a cozy and homely atmosphere. The most important thing is that it is also light! It doesn't overpower or weigh you down, and you won't feel the need to blow out the candle.

To say that Yankee Candle is the best aromatic candle would be stating the obvious! I have been using it for many years now. All the scents are good, you just need to choose what you prefer. The burn time, or rather, over the years, is a whole different story. This time, I ordered it as a gift, so I chose the most neutral scent. And I was not mistaken. That's why I recommend Kashmir to those who are afraid of making a wrong choice with the scent. It's just sad that the price became 38 hryvnia lower during the delivery time.
