My mother gave me this shampoo as a gift ❤️
The first time I used it, I was amazed. My hair was easily combable without any problems. I washed it only with the shampoo, without using a mask or conditioner.
It lathers well but is difficult to rinse out. I just need to rinse it for a longer time. After drying, my hair was smooth and had amazing volume. This continued for a while, but then it seemed like my hair got used to it (although I alternated a couple of times with another shampoo). The shampoo seemed to clean my hair, but it made it look somewhat dirty, especially at the roots. By the end of the day, my hair was greasier and almost without any volume, just like at the beginning.
My impression is mixed. Would I buy it again? Maybe, but not for sure.
My hair type is porous, undyed, and I have oily skin. I wash my hair every day.
Now I am in search of something better for myself.
I really like this product. It has a pleasant scent and is economical to use. It performs its functions effectively. I will definitely purchase it again.
The OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Shampoo does its job well and has a pleasant scent. I would classify the scent as more towards a sweet and neutral fragrance. I have also tried the coconut variant from this series before, and the aroma was even better. Currently, coconut is my favorite.

I used to buy this brand's hair conditioner before and I didn't like it at all. There were much cheaper ones that were way better. Then I decided to try this shampoo and it is amazing. I immediately noticed that my hair stays clean for longer and the flakiness on certain areas disappeared. The scent is lovely and it lingers, but it's not overpowering. It's also very economical, a small amount is enough, but you need to distribute it well and massage it in. Plus, it leaves my hair feeling soft.
It didn't work for me. I have long, thick hair. After using the product, my hair looks untidy and unruly. It feels unwashed. I ended up throwing away more than half of the jar. Usually, I don't do that. I really didn't like the product.

I don't understand why there are positive reviews. It's terrible! I already have very thin and fragile hair, and this shampoo sticks to my scalp near the roots, and my hair becomes horribly static along its length. If I tie it up, it looks unwashed for a week. It's just awful!
And those bottles... it takes a lot of strength to squeeze the conditioner out of such a bottle. I have to shake it vigorously for half an hour and maybe something will come out.
The shampoo and conditioner from this series are just terrible. I will never buy them again.

The consistency (you only need a small amount, and the bottle lasted me 4.5 months using it every 2 days), its cleansing ability, when used with the conditioner it makes combing easier, the scent.
CONS:
It weighs down the hair, completely eliminates volume, and makes it difficult to achieve my usual styles (straight bangs, curls/waves, or messy hairstyles).

I used it for a long time. It foamed well and washed adequately. But now it has completely stopped working for me. My hair quickly becomes greasy, dandruff appears, and there are flakes.

This shampoo is absolutely perfect for fine and volume-less hair. I only deducted one star for its consistency, which is a bit too thick, although this might be typical for sulfate-free shampoos.
