Great conditioner, makes hair smooth and shiny.
Thank you Makeup for the timely delivery! As for the balm, it's decent, but nothing more than that. I bought it as part of a set with the shampoo and mask from the same series. The product is alright, but it's not any better than a "mass market" brand, like Loreal 6 oils, for example. I have slightly wavy hair, and after using Wella Oil Reflections Luminous, it tends to get a bit frizzy. I didn't notice the shine I was expecting either.
This conditioner is amazing. The consistency is like a mask, not watery at all. After using it, my hair becomes soft and shiny, with a pleasant perfume scent. The only downside is that it is quite a high consumption product.
The balm is not bad, but definitely not worth the money. It just softened my non-dyed, fluffy hair, but it didn't make it shine more and the ends remained fluffy.
I was very pleasantly surprised with this product considering the price. It is a million times better than Kérastase.
Wonderful conditioner! I leave it on for 3-4 minutes and my hair becomes smooth and soft afterwards. The scent is also pleasant, delicate, and sweet. I have fine, highlighted hair, and it remains in good condition.
I have never come across a better conditioner for my hair (which is long, not thick, natural, slightly lightened at the ends, making it dry). Leave it on for 2-5 minutes and comb through easily, while your hair shines and styles perfectly. It has a cumulative effect (I have been using it for over a year). The scent is simply the best, like an expensive but unobtrusive perfume, which lingers on the hair until the next wash. It's such a pity that it's currently out of stock, I'm really disappointed because I had no plans to switch to another one.
I have naturally untreated hair, but my hairdresser recommended this product for dry ends. I didn't like it, it was not cost-effective. For this price, you can find cheaper and more beneficial options.

I follow all the instructions, with a small addition. I apply the conditioner to slightly dried hair, distribute it evenly, comb it with a wide-toothed comb, cover it with a plastic bag... and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.

The conditioner and shampoo from this series are really cool. They are suitable for lightened hair, but unfortunately, after some time, the hair gets used to them and the effect of smoothness and care is no longer as strong as it was at the beginning.

I leave it on for a good amount of time, around 20-40 minutes, and the results are excellent - my hair feels soft, smooth, and shiny, with a delightful scent! It also helps to tame frizz and nourishes my dry ends perfectly. I don't even need to apply any oil, as this balm provides a better effect on my ends than any other hair mask I've tried. And it's just a balm!
