The "Protective" Bio-Cream is designed for the care of sensitive skin, including the delicate skin of young children. It can be used to protect the epidermis of infants, as the natural lipid layer of newborns' skin is still too weak. The formula of this cosmetic product from the German brand Lavera is based on organic components, which nourish the epidermis with a wealth of vitamins and antioxidants.
Lavera Cream contains shea, olive, and evening primrose oils. These ingredients enhance the skin's barrier functions, prevent dryness and the appearance of flaking, and leave the skin smooth and soft. Glycerin provides moisturizing effects, while vitamin E soothes and has an antioxidant effect.
This is a good cream that is perfectly suitable for diapers. The only downside is that it is very difficult to spread and leaves white marks, as well as a greasy film. Thanks to the presence of zinc in its composition, it effectively fights against diaper rash. It is not practical to use it for hands/face as the cream just sits on the surface of the skin. However, as a protective cream against diaper rash for babies, it is the ideal option. I will definitely buy it again!
