Bielenda Professional Face Program Ultra Hydrating Face Toner is a multi-effect product designed by the popular Polish brand to tone, invigorate, and freshen up the skin of the face while restoring its natural hydro balance. The lightweight texture of the toner penetrates deep into the skin to fight the dryness from within.
The formula of the product is enriched with Hyaluronic acid to restore the natural elasticity and smoothness of dry and dehydrated skin. It prevents tightness and peeling of the skin, leaving it perfectly moisturized, toned, and fresh. The product will complete your cleaning procedure vigorously by removing makeup residue and daily impurities.

A wonderful tonic with a great composition. I ordered another one while there was a promotion. I had a hyaluronic one before it, which was also good. I recommend it.
Great tonic. It was a perfect fit.
After a month of daily use, I started experiencing a terrible allergy. Simply wiping my face lightly causes horrible red spots to appear. It's really unfortunate because everything was fine before, and it was doing an excellent job at its task.
The scent is very pleasant, the tonic is excellent. I use it alternately with the glycolic acid.
The quality of the toner is mediocre, it feels like scented water that may not be appealing to everyone. I didn't notice any moisturizing effect, and it doesn't remove the top layer of skin. I don't recommend this product.
