Keratolytic Anti-Psoriasis Scalp Liquid Pharmaceris P Ichtilix Forte

This product was prescribed to me by a dermatologist. I have psoriasis on my scalp and the doctor instructed me to apply this liquid at night for 7-10 days. (She also prescribed another product to apply after the liquid, but I believe that in such cases, a doctor should prescribe individually, so I won't disclose it). I had a very noticeable effect. After some time, small sores appeared and I used the remaining product randomly - with this self-directed application, there was no effect.

I have been using this product for 20 years already, but I haven't noticed any effect at all. It feels like I'm just using expensive water. Additionally, the dispenser is very inconvenient as it keeps getting stuck all the time.

Overall, there is an effect on the scalp. I have a scalp that is prone to oily flaking. I use it every few days at night. The dispenser has a stiff movement. Other than that, there are no complaints.
