The color is free from any yellowish tone and leans more towards a grayish brown shade. The mascara itself does not flake off or leave any marks on the eyelids, even when it is hot. However, I find the brush very inconvenient. It is thick and makes it difficult to apply the mascara smoothly.

I have been using this mascara for a very long time. I have always liked it and had no issues. However, this time I received a very poor quality one! It clumps and flakes off quickly, even though it shouldn't behave like that on the lashes. It was very disappointing. Also, there was no manufacturing date sticker on the bottle.
This is just awful. It used to be my favorite mascara for years, couldn't find anything better. This time it came not just "not very fresh," but it seemed like someone had already used it and passed it on when they couldn't use it anymore. It's just impossible to use it :(

The mascara was disappointing. It is very thick and clumps up on the brush. It makes the lashes stick together and creates clumps. I ended up using an old mascara brush, at least it applies nicely with that. Alternatively, you can use a silicone brush to comb through immediately after applying, before it dries. Either way, it's a hassle. If you need to get ready quickly, you'll still have to spend precious time on it. It smudges instantly when your eyes start to water even a little due to the wind. I won't even mention what happens if it gets wet in the rain or snow. It does tend to flake a little, but not always.

I purchased this mascara in November 2017. When I started applying it to my lashes, I noticed that it had clumps. It was like a jar of clumps. I know how to deal with dried-up mascara, so I tried diluting it with contact lens solution. However, it didn't improve. Hoping for some sort of miracle, I used it for three months. But unfortunately, it didn't work. That's when I decided to check the information about this mascara using its code. It turns out that this mascara was manufactured on March 29, 2009! It was already 7.5 years old when I bought it! What kind of makeup is this??? I am attaching a photo with the information.
I placed an order, including this mascara, and in the comments, I added a request for the production date to be from October 2017. The manager called back and said that the production date was January 2017!!! I am outraged! They really want to sell (I can't say it any other way) mascara that is over a year old! The mascara is simply excellent! 2000 calories has always been my favorite! And this one didn't disappoint either. The lashes with it are just chic! It doesn't crumble, doesn't leave any traces (I have oily skin type, and for me, this is one of the most important characteristics of mascara). I highly recommend it!
