This product excessively dries out the scalp, leading to the appearance of dandruff.
I use it as a shower gel and it smells great on my body. However, it didn't work as a shampoo, as it gave me dandruff. But as a shower gel, it's fantastic.

Great shampoo! My husband and I use it together. It gives a pleasant cooling sensation on the skin, thanks to the mint. We don't have any dandruff. I absolutely adore it for my light, porous hair. After using it, I follow up with a nice moisturizing routine, using hair masks, conditioners, and hair oils. I am satisfied. I've tried many different shampoos specifically for colored or bleached hair, but I always come back to this one. The makeup is as great as always, and the delivery service is polite. Thank you!
I didn't buy it here, but I really liked the shampoo. It had a slight tingling sensation on my scalp and my hair stopped falling out. However, I had a different issue with sensitivity to menthol when rinsing. The foam would get on my face and body, causing a burning sensation and making my eyes red. It's really frustrating because this isn't the first time I've had this sensitivity to menthol on my skin. There was another cream with menthol that all my acquaintances used without any problems, but I ended up with blisters. Sigh... I really liked the shampoo though, it's just disappointing.
The shampoo is just like any other shampoo. My husband uses it and that's it.

It effectively cleanses the scalp and hair. However, the menthol scent may be an acquired taste.
Didn't work for me, caused itching and increased dandruff. I give it two stars for the pleasant scent and the cooling effect.
My hair is not particularly picky when it comes to shampoo, but this one is terrible as it doesn't wash my hair well. My head becomes greasy again in the morning, and I don't feel any sense of cleanliness after using it!

I ordered this shampoo with 0% parabens, but I received a regular menthol one with parabens. I called the hotline and they said that a courier would come and exchange it.
Today, the courier arrived and brought the exact same shampoo with parabens)))) even though the girl on the hotline "selected the correct one with 0%".

This is the only dandruff shampoo that actually causes dandruff. It did not work for me at all. Yes, the refreshing sensation after washing is very pleasant. But that's where the positives end...
