Efaclar H Iso-Biom Cleansing Soothing Hydrating Cream-Gel is designed specifically for dehydrated and sensitive skin types prone to imperfections. Its non-comedogenic formula is mild but effective, working troughfully on restoring the hydro-lidis balance of your skin. The product eliminates dirt, excess sebum, and makeup residue to reveal a smooth and well-groomed complexion.
The cleansing gel prevents dryness and tightness of the face, and its action is tested under dermatological control. It is enriched with Aqua Pose Filiformis, a prebiotic fraction developed by La Roche-Posay, to strengthen the protective barrier. The product fits the physiological pH level of the skin. Its lightweight creamy texture lathers and spreads well, leaving a moisturizing effect up to 24 hours after rinsing.

In my opinion, it's more for treatment rather than for everyday use. It does tighten the skin a bit after cleansing, but if there is a good moisturizing recovery, then it's superb.
This product made my problematic skin look and feel even worse. It caused breakouts and made me feel dreadful when I looked in the mirror. Just because it's more expensive doesn't mean it's better. I won't be experimenting anymore. I'm going back to Garnier.

When used, it doesn't foam like a regular gel, it feels more like washing your face with a cream, but it does leave a sensation of clean skin. This is an ordinary face wash gel. You can find a similar one among more affordable alternatives. It slightly dries out pimples, but I haven't noticed any significant effects from using it. It's just an average gel. It tightens the skin, but not too much.
