Mattifying Sunscreen Gel for Oily Sensitive Skin SPF 50+ La Roche-Posay Anthelios Gel-Cream

The worst SPF ever. It smells strongly of alcohol, so much so that it even irritates the eyes. When applied on the skin, it slightly stings. However, it does provide protection from the sun.

I bought this product 2 years ago and it was an amazing cream. I was really happy that I finally found what I needed, as it provided good coverage for my skin. However, when I bought it again this year, it was just terrible. It feels greasy and I can't understand how it can provide coverage for my skin. I even apply mattifying powder on top of it, but it's still not enough. Plus, it's quite expensive. I could have just bought a regular sunscreen with the same greasy effect. I'm completely disappointed. I bought it at a pharmacy.

It does not cause any swearing at all. I have oily skin, so it remains to be seen if it provides sun protection over time. I don't understand why they mention that it has a matte finish.

Clearly not suitable for oily skin, you apply it to your face and your face immediately shines like a pancake. It doesn't mattify at all, instead, it makes your face incredibly oily. It didn't work for me, so I'll be looking for another product.

I thought that I bought the same product in France a year ago. It had a denser consistency and left a powder-like effect (which I liked), and it was white. I ordered it again here, expecting the same, but the cream itself is yellow and leaves a satin finish instead of a matte one.
