I'm not sure what others find drying about it. I've been using it constantly for a week, applying it four times a day. The color is a lovely, soft shade, somewhere between pink and red on me—like a slightly unripe raspberry. The scent is pleasant and not typical of cherry, which I appreciate as it's not overpowering. It doesn't feel sticky. I'm satisfied with it. I bought two, but not from this store.

I agree with the previous comments—this lip balm is terrible and dries out your lips. The only positive aspect is the color, and that's it. I used a similar balm from Maybelline before and decided to try this one as well. After just two days of using it, my lips became extremely dry. I've never experienced such a quick drying effect before. I went back to using Maybelline, and everything is fine now, so I definitely do not recommend this product.
The product adds color, but that’s about it. If you’re looking for decent hydration, this balm won’t provide it. After 10 minutes on your lips, it's as if it was never there.
I purchased this from a chain store. It's a greasy substance with an oily taste and doesn't have any shine. The ingredients include petroleum by-products, and the quality is similar to the cheapest lip balms available.
It doesn't moisturize at all... Disappointing.
I read that some people experience dry lips with this product. I apply a few layers, and it works fine for me.
The only thing I liked was the color. The lip balm itself is terrible; it REALLY dries out the lips and provides no care.
I do not recommend buying this product. I ordered it from the EU, but it does not give any shine at all. After wearing it for just 5 minutes, I went outside and my lips became dry. I used to buy a similar product from Silpo, and it was much better in comparison.

I bought it because I used it 6 years ago and it was amazing - both in terms of moisturization and color, it was just wow. But now... After two days of using it, I got inflammation on my lips, a lot of cracks appeared. Today I woke up feeling like I have 2 ml of hyaluronic acid in my lips (even though there is none) and it feels like I ate jalapeno peppers yesterday... The only positives are a slight color on the lips and a shine.

I never thought that I would ever encounter something like this, but this balm caused an allergic reaction for me. I had never experienced anything like this before. After using it, I started to feel dryness and irritation in my throat. It's even more disappointing because it was my favorite lip balm. I had been using it for about five years and never paid attention to it before, but then I finally realized that this kind of reaction is not normal, especially after using it. I don't have any reaction to lip oil with natural ingredients. The same goes for the original Carmex - no discomfort at all. But with this one, it's just unbearable. It's such a shame.

This is a typical winter lip balm that prevents lips from getting chapped. The color is almost transparent. You need to apply it multiple times. The scent and taste are pleasant, cherry-like. Personally, I would prefer it to be a bit thicker.
