The matting foundation of the Polish brand Celia is an excellent solution for oily and combination skin types. The product has sebo-regulating and corrective properties, so it moisturizes the dry areas of the skin and eliminates unpleasant oily shine on the face. Such a beauty product quickly smoothes the tone and texture of the skin, giving it a fresh and young look. The product does not create the effect of a “mask”, so it looks very natural on the skin. The foundation also relieves irritation, eliminates flaking and prevents inflammation.

I don't understand the negative reviews about this product. It is an excellent foundation, and the price is great. It provides good coverage and lasts all day. I have been using it for a long time based on a makeup artist's recommendation, and I haven't found any downsides.
I don't recommend buying it as the lightest ecru shade turns yellowish and the coverage is not satisfactory, only a 2 out of 10.
I did not like the foundation, I got the shade 01 and it is horribly yellow... I don't know who this color would suit.
This is an amazing foundation. I have been using it for 10 years now, and I think these are the best words to describe it.
This is an excellent foundation that provides good coverage and looks natural. It doesn't emphasize dry patches or sink into pores. It withstands heat without melting or sliding off, and keeps the face from becoming shiny. It lasts all day. I used to use Inglot, which is five times more expensive, but now I have completely switched to this one and even recommended it to my friends.
I definitely liked it. It doesn't create a mask effect. It mattifies the skin. It has good medium coverage. It evens out the skin tone well and even hides imperfections a little.
The foundation is simply amazing - it provides medium coverage that is not visible on the face, doesn't emphasize dry patches or make the skin oily. I would rate it a perfect 5!
