I can't understand... Whether there are problems at the makeup warehouse or with the manufacturer... Anyway... I ordered 2 powders - for myself and my mom. Both arrived without packaging, without any protection. Scratched on top... Inside, there was a bit of powdery dust. They didn't seem to have been touched, but the case itself was untidy and seemed to have been sitting in a cosmetic bag for quite some time. Shipping such items to customers who have been with you for many years doesn't seem like the best idea. They could have at least included some gifts as an apology... You can see what they put in the box. The powder itself is not bad. Silky, fine texture. So, keep in mind... If you are fastidious, it's better not to buy this.
