I received the product in a slightly different color - gray at the bottom, and it is not matte. I wanted it to be completely black like in the photo and matte. The comb is large and not compact, like a regular tangle teezer, plus the handle is too long. I will keep it as I don't want to bother with returning it, since the only issue is the color.

It's great that there is a groove in the middle for cleaning if needed. However, I haven't experienced any hair falling out during the combing process. To prevent static, I will use this plastic brush on wet hair and the other bamboo one for dry hair. I'm not sure how it will go, I didn't enjoy physics in school and I don't remember all the details about electricity, it's embarrassing, but not too much))) So I will experiment and be amazed by miracles even in adulthood)))
