I bought it. It was delivered quickly, but it is far from the original. Absolutely not long-lasting compared to the original. The scent disappears after just five minutes, whereas the original lasts for a couple of days. It is clearly a counterfeit, both in terms of content and capacity, sewn haphazardly. I am very dissatisfied.

Order 1528811873-7570. I refused this product when the courier arrived because there was no batch code on the box. Both the courier and I looked for it but couldn't find it. The cellophane packaging is also poorly glued.

Makeup, you can write a million times that you only cooperate with verified suppliers and that the product is 100% original. But you should know that NO perfume brand releases packaging without a batch code. I want to hear a solution to this problem, not your standard response.

Because the fragrance packaging is quite grainy, I couldn't see the batch code the first time. This time, I carefully examined the packaging and finally found the batch code, which was also poorly visible on the bottle inside.
The fragrance itself is a classic chypre, which may remind someone of something Soviet. Juniper and moss are very noticeable. Well, it's called vintage. I like it.
All John Varvatos fragrances are "gentlemanly", they will not and should not last long, and they will quickly settle on the skin.

This is my second fragrance from John Varvatos, following Artisan Pure. Both fragrances are incredibly beautiful and masculine. However, they both only last about 3 hours on average (apparently, this is a characteristic of the brand's entire product line), so reapplication is necessary. Nevertheless, this short duration is compensated by a very affordable price. It is the perfect scent for autumn. I have no complaints about the MakeUp's performance, and I have no doubts about the authenticity of the product.
