It is such a disappointment.. The eyeliner applies nicely, with a very convenient thin brush. The texture is also good, liquid and vibrant, one stroke is enough, no need for layering. Everything would have been great if it didn't smudge so much.. It just ruined the whole makeup. :( The problem is that it reacts very strongly to water or tears. Just a little tear from the wind, and hello, panda eyes. And it looks like it rained all over.. In the areas where it comes into contact with mucous membranes, the same situation occurs. Only the tip of the winged liner survives. Well, what can I say..
