Mineral Loose Powder - Bellapierre Mineral Foundation
Mineral powder - it makes the face look unnaturally shiny, almost as if it's greasy.
I chose the ivory shade, which has a warm tone, just as I wanted. I have problematic skin with an oily T-zone. The powder does reduce shine but doesn’t completely eliminate it. By the end of the workday, my T-zone still shines.
Great powder! I chose the Ultra shade, which is the lightest in the palette, but it matched my slightly tanned summer skin perfectly. It has a subtle yellow undertone. The coverage is light, but that wasn’t what I was aiming for. The powder evens out my skin tone wonderfully, leaving my face looking fresh and not clogging my pores throughout the day. I apply it directly over primer without using foundation.
The powder has a pleasant texture and a safe formula. On combination sensitive skin, the finish is neither satin nor matte—it's somewhere in between. A downside for me is that it only suits tanned skin, but the slightly yellowish tint does give a refreshing look.
I managed to order the Ivory shade from Europe, and I'm as happy as can be. The shade is perfect for me—light skin but not too pale, and I'm a blonde. This shade has a noticeable yellow undertone, which suits me well.
The texture of this powder is simply magical. It applies very naturally to the skin without excessive mattifying. This is what sets mineral powder apart from compact, which I don't like as much for this reason.
When I got a bit of a tan in warmer regions, I used the Cinnamon shade, and it worked perfectly too.
I highly recommend this powder; it's a shame the lighter shades sell out so quickly...
Hello!
Could you please let me know when the Ivory shade will be available?
I've been waiting for it for several months now.
:(
I bought the shade Cinnamon, and it has a very yellow undertone. It would work well only on tanned skin, especially if your tan has a golden hue, or if you naturally have a yellow undertone. The texture is pleasant and silky, making the face look natural rather than flat or matte.
The powder is very finely milled, which is good, but it also looks oddly noticeable on the skin. It seems fine from a distance, but up close, it resembles plaster.
I'm unsure of what to do. Should I get the Ivory shade for winter to be safe? Or should I save this one for summer when I'll have a nice tan? Or perhaps try using a primer underneath for a better finish? Overall, I have mixed feelings about this product.
I chose this powder based on reviews and price (it was on sale). It's an excellent product—light and applies evenly. I don’t use a foundation with it. The only downside is the small container, which makes it difficult to use a large brush. I previously used Mary Kay and Artdeco, and this one is better. However, if the container were bigger, I would give it 5 stars.
I really liked it; it applies wonderfully and gives the skin a healthy glow. There's no scent, and it has a velvety texture.
I've been using this mineral powder for about three years now. I have problematic skin, and the powder spreads well on my face without feeling heavy or mask-like. Most importantly, it effectively conceals problematic areas and breakouts. You can easily use it after applying foundation or directly on clean, dry skin. I also use a darker shade called "Cafe" for contouring. I'm very pleased!
After using it:
1) There’s no oily shine.
2) It covers imperfections like acne, spots, and dark circles.
3) It gives a natural and fresh look to the face.
Lastly, I was amazed by how such a delicate-textured powder can address imperfections and make the face look fresh without the "heavy mask of makeup" feel! Thanks to Make-up for the fast delivery; I highly recommend it!
Great powder, I really liked it. The only issue is that the color (nutmeg) turned out to be a bit lighter than I expected. Otherwise, it evens out my skin tone and doesn’t dry out my skin!
Which shade is closest to a natural or beige color with a slight tan?
