What do you think, if you order one thing and receive a product that looks completely different from the photo, what kind of review should you leave?

Good balm, pleasant scent, gives shine.
I have light brown hair with ombre, it colors well but washes out quickly (I wash my hair every 2 days).

I tried the following shades:
411 cool brunette - dark, pleasant shade, but on bleached hair after washing, it gives a strange color - some kind of blue-green. I think it's because this shade has a lot of "coolness" and this ash conflicts with bleached hair.

713 Havana - very similar to my hair color, helps cover the ombre when I'm tired of the contrast :)

I chose shade 1002 - Platinum. After the first bleaching and toning, I had a warm blonde color which started turning yellow after a month. I can't say that I achieved a platinum shade, but the yellowness disappeared after the second application (2 days after the first one). It lasted for 3 more hair washings. It's expensive and it goes quickly, but it's an excellent product if you urgently need to do toning and don't have time to go to a hairdresser.

I use this toning balm instead of shampoo, and it provides a cumulative effect. The shade 713 has resulted in a beautiful chocolate milk color with a lovely undertone, even though my hair had uneven tones before the first coloring. The only thing is that it washes off very easily when using regular shampoo.

The color is as shown in the picture, the hair is soft and shiny, but it fades after the first wash, especially when using a mask or conditioner. I tried using the mask first and then tinting it for about 40 minutes, but the coloring was uneven. I will use it instead of shampoo and conditioner to achieve even coloring and pigment accumulation.

I decided to try out the 831 balm. It turned out exactly as I wanted - a noble, pearly beige shade. It doesn't color the roots, but I wasn't expecting it to do so from a balm anyway. The effect is good, it washes out quickly (which I don't consider a disadvantage as it allows for experimenting with colors without harming the hair). It covers dyed hair better than natural hair and leaves the hair soft, easy to comb, and tangle-free. Overall, it is a good and worthy product.

I thought long and hard about whether to go for Revlon or Kerastase, and I am glad I chose this one. I have shade 1002. It doesn't stain my hands. Even on long and thick hair, and even with hair extensions, five pumps are enough for me. No matter what I tried before, like various oils and such, this product is simply a miracle.)))))) After just one use, the ends of my hair extensions became like new. My hair flows like in the commercials. I have only experienced this temporary effect after getting a keratin treatment at the salon. My hair is obedient. It's just a miracle. From now on, I will only use this product. The shade gives a minimal effect. It's more for maintaining the desired tone and preventing any yellowing. But as a mask, it's just amazing. You won't regret it if you give it a try. I use it every 10 days.

This product is simply amazing! I've been growing out my color for about six months without dyeing it at all, and as a result, I had dark roots and disgustingly yellow damaged ends. I thought there was no hope for my hair and that I would have to cut it off, but then this product worked its magic. I'm just in awe!! Shade 411 was almost a perfect match, and my hair feels soft and looks shiny. I'm ecstatic. I will definitely continue buying it, but next time I'll go for a shade lighter, like 713. Because the cool brown is really dark, especially if you have light blonde hair, it's better to go for 713.

The conditioner gave a beautiful color to my lightened hair. I mixed chestnut with ginger shades 513 and 740. The lightened color didn't last long, it washed out after 3-4 washes.
