Mix the cream colour with any IGORA Developer in the 1:2 proportion. Apply to dry hair, do not shampoo beforehand. Leave on for 30-45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after the time is up.
Use 3% IGORA Developer when colouring darker.
Use 6% IGORA Developer for tone-on-tone, 1 tone lighter or coverage.
Use 9% IGORA Developer for colouring 1-2 tones lighter.
Use 12% IGORA Developer for colouring 2-3 tones lighter.
Start by applying the cream colour from the roots down. In 10-15 minutes, apply it to the roots.

Best paint ever!
After reading many positive reviews about shade 12.21, I decided to order it myself for color tinting. As a Blonde, I have been dyeing my hair for many years using Igora 12.1+12.4 with a 9% developer. Sometimes, I add 12.11 to give my hair a different shade. This time, instead of 12.11, I chose 12.21. I mixed 15g of it with a 9% developer and added hair conditioner to minimize damage to the length of my hair. As soon as I applied this mixture, I immediately regretted it! I kept it on for 2 minutes and started rinsing it off. The color turned out to be terrible! It was too cold-toned for my liking. If you don't like cool-toned shades, I suggest not trying this color. But if you do like it, I can give you some tips on how to use it without the 15g of dye.
The brightest result I achieved was with the shade 12/21, although it does give a grayish tone on thin, young hair, which washes out after 2 washes. Shade 12/19 gives red roots. Shade 12/11 is not bad, and shade 12/1 is also better than 12/19. However, I add an anti-yellow pigment. I strongly do not recommend adding anti-yellow to shade 12/21. In the photo, it looks closer to Igora at the roots. Having red ends is an unsuccessful experience with Wella Coleston. Now I don't know how to lighten them without using bleach.
I had a natural level of 7-6, so I purchased shades 12.19 and 12.21 (50+20g). The tubes were not full, with a maximum of 51 grams. The developer was 12%. It stings the skin a little, but it's not too bad. I was hoping for better lightening results. Therefore, I will go back to using my usual inoa.
This is my first independent experiment, and I am extremely satisfied! So far, I have only applied it to the crown of my head. I wanted to lighten my natural red color without using bleaching agents, so that my hair would suffer less damage. Look at how it covered my gray hair! I wasn't expecting that. Fantastic. Now I will apply it to my entire hair. I used the color 12-0 and the developer lotion 12% from the same brand. I left it on for 35 minutes.

I have been buying this hair dye not for the first time. I like the quality and the price. The first time I dyed all of my hair (which is long), but now I only dye the roots and the color is consistent. It effectively covers gray hair.
I tried shade 12-19, which everyone likes so much, but on my light-brown roots it turns out to be a rusty shade with a purple undertone. I use Igora 9% developer, leave it on for 50 minutes, and I can't understand why it turns out like this. Clearly, this shade doesn't suit me, so I'll try another one. On the positive side, the dye doesn't damage my hair.
Simply superb, I have found my perfect paint.

My favorite hair dye. The hairdresser used it on me for several years, then we switched to another one. And after living in the basement, finally reaching relative safety, I even managed to dye my hair with supermarket dye, the result - half of my head was rusty. I called my hairdresser, clarified my formula, which I liked, and placed an order for makeup... I dyed the roots with one number, the length with another, and my hair looks absolutely gorgeous! Luxurious shining ash blonde. I am simply happy. After all, this is the best dye I have ever used, my hair is alive.
I have been using the Sandre 12-1 paint for several years now. When the war started, I couldn't buy it in my city, so I ordered it on this website. The quality of the paint is great, and I liked that the delivery was free and the price was lower than in other stores. It was also convenient that I could pay upon receiving the product.
If you are as clueless about colors as I am, I want to warn you that you won't be able to become a blonde if you have dark hair, even with super blondes and 9 and 12% developers - at most, you will get a reddish light brown color. This dye is only intended for natural roots, a maximum of 1-2 cm in length, and for those who already have blonde hair (you cannot tone the length with special blondes). Unfortunately, it is not possible to go from dark hair to light without bleaching. Don't waste your time. Other than that, the dye is excellent - it accomplishes its task and doesn't damage the hair.

After dyeing my hair with Igora hair dye, I have been undergoing treatment with a trichologist for three months now, and I still do not know how it will all end. The hair dye severely damaged my hair. It was a nightmare.
I really dislike it when the shade looks cheap and yellowish. I have tried many different hair dyes, but I never achieved a satisfactory color that would suit me. As an experiment, I decided to buy the shade 12-19, based on the reviews, and I made the right choice. The shade is really cool, a noble blond, without any yellow tones. I didn't need to lighten or tone it additionally, just mixed the dye with a 9% developer in a 1:1 ratio.
The hair dyeing process was done correctly with a 9% oxidant for 40 minutes, using the 12.11 color. Surprisingly, there was no change in color, except for slightly yellowed roots and the hair became very fragile. I did not expect to waste money and damage my hair. Additionally, when I squeezed the tube, the oxidized dye oozed out from all sides. This is the end result, or rather, the lack of result.
On 12-19, I decided to experiment with my hair and transformed into Malvina, a girl with purple hair. Surprisingly, I actually liked the new look!
In August, there was a 20% discount, and I wanted to buy it on the 19th around 11 in the morning. However, I couldn't make it in time, so I just added it to my cart. I have been using only Wella Koleston for 10 years, but Wella is currently experiencing supply issues and only remnants are available. I tried this product and it is just as good, very gentle, odorless, and does not damage my hair. It is a good hair dye. I bought two more packs from you at a discount. The shade 12.19 is warm on my hair, like sun-kissed wheat.
