L'Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes Mascara

Good day! I had a very unpleasant situation. I ordered L'Oréal products for a specific amount to receive a jewelry box as a gift. The promotion was until March 3, 2024. When I was placing the order in my cart, I saw my items and a photo of the gift box. The courier delivered the order, I checked it, but there was no gift. When I called the hotline, they told me that at the time I placed the order, the gifts were already out of stock. They could have called me and informed me about this. But for some reason, the gift was still in my cart. I am disappointed with Makeup.

I bought this mascara, but it smudges under my eyes and doesn't have the desired effect as advertised. It feels like a waste of money, and I regret purchasing it. I will not buy it again and I do not recommend it.
