The pencil is of decent quality, comparable to Givenchy, but it doesn't come with a sharpener and is packaged in a box. The color somewhat matched my lipstick. I needed a warm red, but this shade is a cool red. It's called Red. The service was good. It's a pity there weren't any pleasant surprises, especially with Christmas and New Year approaching. But in the end, they are not obliged to provide any.
