I stumbled upon this product in another well-known store, where it was on clearance with lots of freebies because it was nearing its expiration date. Honestly, I was more drawn to the gifts than the product itself. Initially, I wasn't impressed with the foundation at all. I can't quite pinpoint why, but the application seemed odd at first. However, I took it with me on a trip because of its compact size, and now I'm absolutely in love with it. I think it’s a highly underrated product that deserves more attention. This is one of those cases where you apply it, blend it in two seconds, and look fabulous. I use a brush for blending. The coverage is almost imperceptible yet effectively conceals imperfections (I have problematic skin, so I still apply concealer in specific areas). It lasts all day, doesn't smudge, and doesn't oxidize. My skin tone looks really healthy. It's not matte, nor is it shiny—more like somewhere in between. When you apply it, it feels a bit greasy, but the particular shade I have is slightly dark for me, yet it somehow adjusts and looks very natural, which is something I haven’t experienced with any other brand, even those that promise this effect (I have very fair skin, so finding the right shade is a major challenge). Honestly, this is the best foundation I've tried for myself, and I've tried many. You can't go wrong with it or end up with patchy spots. I plan to keep buying it for as long as it's available. For those interested, my skin is problematic (it didn't cause any additional breakouts), but in terms of oiliness, it ranges from combination to normal depending on the season and my diet.

I didn't really understand the product. The foundation is very oily, and I wouldn't recommend it for combination skin; you'll end up shining like a pancake right away. Its consistency is like butter. It might be okay for very dry skin. The application method is also questionable. Using a brush directly from the stick is inconvenient, and applying the foundation directly to the skin before using a brush is even more awkward. It seems that the only effective way to apply it is with your fingers.

The Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Stick pleasantly surprised me. It offers a light, natural coverage that perfectly matches the skin tone. It doesn't highlight dryness and feels comfortable throughout the day. It's an ideal choice for quick and flawless makeup.
