This grater is really great. I believe it is the best one out there. It effectively accomplishes its task on my moderately dry heels as well as my mom's very rough ones. It has two types of textures. The coarser one is for regular exfoliation. I use it on dry skin. The grater is easy to clean under running water.
The grater is very coarse, I can't achieve smooth heels with it(( I was looking for a replacement for my old one, KODI, and bought it based on reviews. I can't use it, in the end.

At the time of purchase, the description indicated T-01, 100/180. I thought it was great, a fine one just right for my non-problematic legs... but it turned out to be large, as they have now corrected it to 60/80, although T-01 is still mentioned in the description.
As for the file itself, I use it cautiously on the convex side. It is too big for me, if only I had known about the false description earlier...
