Start with Strength Recovery Shampoo. Then apply a small amount of the conditioner to damp hair. Massage the hair and scalp thoroughly. Leave on the conditioner for a few minutes (from 2 to 5) and only then rinse it off with warm water.

I really like it! It has a light, pleasant honey scent and an oily texture. I compared it to a conditioner from another brand, and I liked this one more. My sad, thin hair shines, smells nice (for a short time), and looks beautiful. I recommend it!
Just don't overdo it with the amount. Apply a small amount of conditioner to completely wet hair, and then, without wasting time, massage it in to cover all the hair from roots to ends. Then rinse thoroughly, leaving about 1/4 of the conditioner on the hair. The effect is amazing.
I was not impressed with this product. I prefer when conditioner makes my hair smooth and silky. With this one, I constantly felt like it didn't do enough. It worked fine on my bleached hair, but it didn't make a huge difference. I won't be buying it again.
