According to the previous comment, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. I would even say a 3. Removing Lancome's waterproof mascara requires a lot of effort to wash off properly. It tends to clump the lashes together. The waterproof pencil, on the other hand, works without any issues. It glides on smoothly, but I only bought it for the mascara. And it was a bit disappointing. There are no complaints about the packaging or any greasy film.
This product is quite good; it effectively removes makeup. However, the bottle is fragile - the connection between the body and the lid cracked, and I constantly ended up scratching my fingers.
