I have been using it for a year now. My hair falls out significantly less, and after using the shampoo+conditioner combo, my hair feels unbelievably soft and pleasant to touch.

The balm is effective, I liked it. I will buy it again.
The balm works well. Previously, when I would comb my dry and tangled hair after waking up, there would always be a hairball left on the comb. I have used about half of the container, but now only a few hairs remain on the comb at most! I am very satisfied with the result. I hope that my hair density will increase, but I haven't seen that effect yet.

I have used the shampoo from this series, and it made my hair soft. However, if it accidentally got on my skin, it caused a slight tingling sensation.
I tried this shampoo and conditioner with pepper for the first time. The shampoo did not sting my scalp at all, but the conditioner did (I didn't want to grease my scalp with the conditioner, just out of curiosity). After using the shampoo, I felt a squeaky clean sensation, which indicates an aggressive formula for me. And this is what happened - I spent 5 minutes untangling my hair ends with oil. As for the conditioner, I can't say anything, in this situation, it didn't help and probably didn't harm either. Whether new hair will start growing, only time will tell. For now, this product gets a three out of ten.
My hair used to grow slowly and was not very thick. I started using this balm with red pepper and my hair started growing quite quickly. Plus, it became thick. I was very satisfied. However, there is a small downside. If it gets into your eyes, it burns a lot. So, I recommend closing your eyes when rinsing it off. The effect is amazing. They grow very, very fast. And the price is good too.

This product is very effective, I highly recommend it. Just make sure to thoroughly rinse it off with water afterwards, as it can leave burn marks if you use it from Chile.

I bought this product along with the shampoo. I didn't notice any effect at all. My hair continues to fall out just like before. Considering the price, it's not a big deal to try it out for myself. However, I would recommend making a hair mask with mustard or pepper before washing your hair. The effect will be better. I am disappointed with the "Horsepower" product.

On the package it says that you may feel a slight burning sensation due to the red pepper in the composition. But in reality, it burns so much that it gave me a headache((( I had to wash off this balm for a long time and it still felt like burning for a while(( This balm should be used with special caution.
