Honestly, this foundation is quite drying on the skin (I have combination skin that tends to be dry). I tried moisturizing and applying it with a damp sponge, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me.

Perhaps someone will find it helpful. It is best to use the vitamin-based makeup primer from Bobbie Brown underneath this foundation. When used together, the foundation blends perfectly and does not emphasize anything unwanted. It stays on all day long.

Maybe my review will help someone. The skin is very light, prone to breakouts, oily in the T-zone, with a gray undertone. 1n1 is very pale, 1n2 is very dark.

I apply Pycnogenol toner, SPF with a mattifying effect, mixing these two shades of foundation in a 1:1 ratio + a drop of Pycnogenol ampoule (to avoid drying out the skin). I simply DO NOT UNDERSTAND why this foundation has such a high rating. It applies like a mask, even with a makeup base it accentuates pores and all skin imperfections. The shade 0N1 hit the bullseye; it is completely invisible on the skin, does not accentuate dry patches, and does not create a mask-like effect on the face. If you are choosing between two foundations from Estée Lauder, Doable Wear and Futurist Rescue, they are different! The coverage and finish are not the same. Doable Wear is a foundation with a matte finish, while Futurist Rescue is a BB cream with a creamy finish, perfect for summer.
