I have a strong desire to give this product a negative 5 stars! It is absolutely terrible. It irritates my eyes immensely. After a long day of work, all I want is peace and a gentle makeup removal, but after using this "milk," I urgently search for icy water. I highly, highly do not recommend this product.
This is not a milk! It is a regular, ugly, liquid soap of white color that stings, dries out a lot, and leaves a residue! The worst purchase. I recommend this instead. It is cheap and it is exactly what it claims to be - milk!

I always use the milk and face wash gel of this brand. The milk effectively cleanses the skin without drying it out. I highly recommend it.
This product is terrible, it makes my eyes burn like crazy after using it!!!!
I bought it, thought I would give it a try... and saved some money, so to speak, haha.
I didn't like it.
I applied it to my face... and immediately my eyes started burning, like soap got into them. The texture is more like foam than milk... a semi-transparent liquid that foams a lot when applied to the face.
My makeup washed off, or rather the mascara did, but my eyes are still burning, very uncomfortable... like I washed my face with soap.
I do not recommend it. Spend a little more money and buy a real makeup remover milk.
I find it very suitable for removing simple non-resistant makeup. It easily cleanses without leaving any cosmetics or impurities, nor stickiness or dryness/irritation. I know it may not work for everyone, but it works well for me as I have oily skin.

I use this milk to remove eye makeup. I take a small drop and spread it around. Then I rinse well with water. Everything washes off nicely. It doesn't sting my eyes, but the cream should be applied to the eyelids. It doesn't make my skin feel tight unless I apply too much. This product is excellent at removing waterproof mascara, unlike micellar water. I like it. I have dry and sensitive skin. I recommend it.

The lotion is amazing! I have dry and very sensitive skin with rosacea, and I am 50 years old. It doesn't dry out or irritate my skin, but rather soothes and even slightly cools it. Naturally, after washing, moisturizing or nourishing care is needed!
This product effectively removes makeup and does not irritate my skin. It does have a drying effect, however, considering its price, it is more than a decent cleansing option. In any case, I always make sure to moisturize my skin.
During the cold season - absolutely not! It made my skin feel extremely tight! I had to wash off this gel (definitely not a lotion!) with one hand, while quickly applying cream with the other hand before cracks appeared on my face. But when summer came, I decided to test this product during warmer weather. Well, it's a different story! With +30 degrees outside, it works quite well to wash off all the unnecessary buildup on my face in the evening. It works excellently! It cleanses well and doesn't make my skin feel tight.
Causes irritation for me, 1 star. It suits my mother and she likes it, 4 stars. So be cautious with this product if you have even slightly sensitive skin, despite it being labeled as gentle for cleansing.
The product caused an allergic reaction around the eyes, resulting in highly irritated and dry skin after just two uses. This is surprising because I have never experienced any allergies to cosmetics before. Additionally, it does not fulfill its claimed function of makeup removal as indicated on the packaging.
Girls, if your skin flakes a little in winter, DO NOT GET THIS!! Now my whole face is flaking!! And makeup doesn't hide it, it looks terrible, I apply 4 layers of cream and it all gets absorbed. In short, I am very disappointed.

Good milk - cleanses well, doesn't dry out or tighten the skin. In any case, after using cleansing agents, I use a cream, but if I happen to forget to apply it, it's not critical - my face doesn't feel tight. It's just as effective as the Family Doctor cleansing gel. I recommend both products for combination skin.
