Reviews about Maybelline Mascara Lash Sensational Waterproof

I purchased this product abroad, and the mascara itself is great and separates the lashes nicely. However, after an hour, I noticed black smudges under my eyes like a panda! Maybe it's just me experiencing this. The mascara doesn't flake, but it does smudge (and this smudging process is continuous). I have to constantly wipe my eyes because after an hour, I end up looking like I've been crying because the mascara keeps smudging.

I have been using waterproof mascaras for several years, but unfortunately, this one is not the best. Additionally, it tends to flake, which is a big downside for me as I wear contact lenses. I have simply used cheaper ones before and they were of better quality. Maibalyn did not meet my expectations. I do not recommend it.

I used to use Maybelline Sky, but this time I decided to try something new.
On the plus side: it separates the lashes nicely and does not create a spider leg effect.
On the downside: it does not lengthen as much as Sky does, and the brush is not very convenient.
It's not bad, but not a 5 out of 5.

The mascara is wonderful! It applies smoothly and separates all the lashes evenly. It is truly waterproof! The only thing is, I don't know what would be a comfortable way to remove it. Makeup remover milk doesn't do a good job with this task. Maybe someone can suggest a tried and tested solution.

The mascara is indeed very waterproof, my Garnier micellar water and face wash couldn't remove it even after 3 tries! It's terrible. For me, it's definitely a negative. On the positive side, it curls nicely, lengthens, and holds the shape.

I agree with previous comments that there is too much product on the brush. If not controlled, it applies in a thick layer and lashes stick together.

Overall, I won't be purchasing it again.

The positives of this product are its amazing separation and coloring of the lashes. Out of the numerous mascaras I have tried, this one is outstanding and perfectly suited for its purpose! It's the only one I will use now!

On the downside, it is not waterproof, although slightly better than regular mascaras, it is still not as strong as true waterproof mascaras. If you cry, it will smudge under your eyes.

Waterproof, but removing it from oneself afterwards is very problematic.

I didn't order it here, but I have noticed for a while that I can't fully call it waterproof. During the winter, when there was no heavy snowfall, rain, or strong condensation from steam, everything was fine. However, after getting wet, it starts to leave imprints over time.

This mascara is excellent and can easily compete with luxury brands. It curls and separates the lashes perfectly. Even if you apply two coats, it does not clump or leave any residue. It creates a stunning effect, making your lashes appear longer and fuller, almost like lash extensions. It also performs exceptionally well, even in hot weather at the beach.

Unfortunately, I did not become a fan of this mascara. Although it is possible that the waterproof version has a different formula and differs from the regular one, I am not sure. The stopper works terribly, every now and then the brush is covered in a large amount of mascara. It is only occasionally perfect for applying to the upper lashes (even though I thought I was friends with any brush and mascara, but apparently not), but it easily coats the lower lashes. It is waterproof and does not smudge. It worked best for about two weeks after opening, within a month, but not so great afterwards. I remove it with a waterproof makeup remover, but sometimes for some reason it doesn't come off on the first try (I don't know what it depends on). Overall, for the next cold season, I will try a different one as I expected much better.

The waterproof mascara is excellent as it comes off easily with micellar water. I have a two-phase, oil-based one. The mascara didn't smudge or run all day, even in intense heat, in the pool, and at the beach. However, I personally found it a bit dry. It does a great job of lengthening the lashes.

I just can't seem to get along with Maybelline mascara. This representative completely killed my desire to continue experimenting with them. At first, I thought it was very fresh when I took the brush out of the tube, but it seemed to have dried up and the effect was still not satisfying. It applies unevenly to the lashes, sometimes in clumps, and doesn't hold its shape - it can deform the lashes and smudge under the eyes throughout the day. And removing it is truly impossible. Not every two-phase makeup remover can handle it, and it doesn't come off on the first try. My lashes are of medium thickness, length, and curl. Every time I use this mascara for eye makeup, it's like a painful disappointment.

It's not just waterproof, it's all-proof. I've been trying to remove it with olive oil, but soap and water didn't work at all, just like regular micellar water. I'll have to find a super powerful product to remove this beauty. For me, it's exactly what I need. In terms of properties, it's just like a non-waterproof one, and I really like it.

It does everything that a mascara should do: it colors, lengthens, adds volume, and holds the curl.
To remove it, you only need a dual-phase makeup remover specifically for waterproof cosmetics, otherwise it won't come off.
It passed the test of the gym and sauna.

Today I tried this product for the first time, and I noticed that the brush picks up a lot of product. This is probably because it's brand new. However, when I accidentally got some on my eyelid and tried to remove it with two different types of micellar water, it didn't come off! I had to use a hydrophilic cloth to wipe it away.

Thank you for the prompt delivery, the mascara is fantastic! First, I use a curler to give my lashes the desired shape, and then I apply the mascara. It doesn't smudge, applies evenly without clumping, and it doesn't run. It can be easily removed with special makeup removers.

The mascara is good, but why isn't it sealed in cellophane? It could dry out that way!
