The Indian company Dabur offers safe and beneficial hair care products. The new hair dye from this manufacturer is ammonia-free and enriched with henna and vitamins. Thanks to this composition, the product does not damage the hair structure and strengthens the strands along their entire length.
Dabur Vatika Henna Hair Colours applies beautifully to the hair, coloring it from roots to tips, leaving a vibrant, rich shade and providing a long-lasting boost of natural energy to your locks. After just a few applications of this product, you'll notice that your hair becomes more elastic, smooth, manageable, and experiences less breakage. The vitamin complex, with which this product is enriched, will reliably protect your hair from aggressive external factors and the damaging effects of free radicals.-
Mix the henna with hot water at a temperature of at least 80 degrees Celsius, stirring thoroughly until it reaches a creamy consistency. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Apply evenly to the hair. Cover the hair with a plastic cap and wrap the head with a towel. Leave the dye on the hair for 15 to 60 minutes. The longer the dye is left on, the darker the color will be. It is not recommended to keep the dye on the hair for more than 60 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly.

I want to update my review about this product being a waste of money. There was a price difference of 80 UAH in my order, which only made my mood worse. I do not recommend the black color.
I don't recommend it; it's a waste of money. It didn't help with my gray hair at all.
The hair dye was disappointing. It isn't long-lasting and washes out quickly, especially on gray hair. It also stains pillowcases and towels, but doesn't stay on the hair, which, by the way, has started falling out significantly.
I really liked the paint. Thank you, Makeup, for the fast delivery!!!
I left it on for 40 minutes, and it didn't color my hair at all. I won't be buying this again. I used to dye my hair with Indian brand Emita, and it worked wonderfully.
Dear ladies, this is not a natural hair dye! It's a regular chemical dye with added henna and indigo. Check its ingredients, especially towards the end, where you'll find chemical oxidizers and colorants that are banned in several European countries.
I am completely satisfied with the result of the coloring; my hair looks beautiful and shiny. To achieve 100% gray coverage, I leave the dye on my hair under a special cap for about 1.5 hours.
Super rich natural black color with a glossy finish.
I have naturally dark chocolate-colored hair. I used Vatika Hair Color in Rich Black and I'm very satisfied with the results. My hair now has volume and is beautifully black. If I start with black hair and use Vatika Hair Color in Brown, my hair will have a dark chocolate color.
I regret ordering this hair dye. My hair started to split along its entire length. Previously, I used henna and indigo, and my hair was a strong chestnut color with no split ends. I used this dye in black and brown, and the color turned out to be a dark chestnut, just as I wanted. However, by the third day, I noticed my hair was splitting, and I was shocked because I had always been very careful about this! After dyeing, my scalp itched a lot, and I developed pimples all over my skin and face near the hairline. This is not because of the herbal ingredients—I frequently use them (henna, indigo, shikakai, bhringraj, neem, etc.)—this is definitely due to the chemicals they added. You're better off ordering Asha Herbal to avoid any allergic reactions. I'm giving it two stars for the softness of my hair, but that's a dubious pleasure!
This is my second purchase. I'm satisfied with the results. One package lasts for two uses. I only touch up the roots.
I tried Vatika Henna Dark Brown for the first time. After reading many reviews, I decided to add coconut oil to the mixture for easier application. I am very pleased with the results. My hair is soft, pleasant to the touch, and shiny. The dye covered my gray hair wonderfully. After the first wash, some of the color washed out, and I noticed my gray strands had a brown tint. I have now ordered a lighter shade, Natural Brown, and I hope the second application won't disappoint. I also read that rinsing hair with vinegar-diluted water after henna application can help set the color and add shine. I'll give that a try too. So far, I'm happy with the dye! ❤
The first time I left it on for one hour, and it gave a nice shade, but it didn't cover the gray at all. The second time, I kept it on for three hours, and the result was better, but the gray still showed through. One thing I liked was that after coloring, my hair was shiny, smooth, and easy to comb. It's better suited for treatment purposes or for those with very little gray hair.
The paint doesn't cover at all. I'm very disappointed.
The hair dye is excellent and doesn't damage the hair. I recommend it.
Vatika is not a natural dye, but rather an organic one, and as it turns out, these are not the same. It contains chemicals that cover gray hair more effectively than natural henna. Be careful not to leave this henna on for too long, as all henna can slightly dry out hair.
I dye my hair dark brown, which is three shades darker than my natural color, plus I have gray hair. Ammonia-free dyes washed out quickly, so I switched to the ammonia-based Kay Color professional dye. After that, I tried Vatika. The first time, it didn't fully cover the gray, but on the plus side, my hair didn't fall out like it did with ammonia dyes. However, the henna washed out after four washes. :(
The second time, the gray coverage was perfect.
I switched to this hair dye from the ammonia-free L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss. The first coloring wasn't very successful, as the roots turned out a bit lighter. However, after the second application, the result was perfect. I leave the dye on for 3 hours and rinse it out without using shampoo. Over the next 2-3 days, the color intensity actually increases.
I give 5 stars for this hair dye. However, I have my own backstory. Previously, I used Londa #25—it's a good dye, but quite chemical. The first time I used this new dye after Londa, I was pleasantly surprised. It covered my gray hair well, and the color had no brassy tones. But later, after looking into the ingredients, I wanted something more natural. I bought an Ayurvedic, medicinal dye from this website. I won't review that here as I'm focusing on Vatika Henna. However, after using that natural dye, Henna didn’t work as well as it should have. The takeaway is not to jump to conclusions too quickly.
I only dye my roots since the rest of my hair has been colored with non-washable chemical dyes. One packet is enough for my roots, so I find this dye economical. But due to its ingredients, I'll keep searching for something else. If I don't find my perfect dye, I would buy this again.
I've been using the brown one for over 5 years and I'm very satisfied. My hair is in great condition and the color looks good!
I've been using this hair dye for a year now, and I'm very happy with the results! I follow the instructions carefully, and everything always turns out great. I choose the Natural Brown shade, which gives a slight reddish tint, but the color is rich and beautiful—I really like it. It doesn't dry out my hair; in fact, my hair feels more vibrant and shiny. I do need to touch up the roots every 3-4 weeks because they grow out quickly, but I haven't experienced any scalp issues like I did with other hair dyes in the past.
Hello. Could you please let me know when the black paint will be back in stock?
The henna is fantastic! I'm eagerly anticipating the release of the black color.
The paint is fantastic. When will the black color be available?
Highly recommend to everyone! I started going gray early and had to dye my hair frequently, which left my hair in poor condition. During a trip to Egypt, I tried this henna and it instantly became my favorite. Now I understand why Arab and Indian women have such beautiful hair. It covers gray hair well, lasts a long time, and is easy to apply. For those who say their hair became stiff, it likely means your hair is dry since henna can be drying. I suggest using Vatika oils—they have a wide selection.
I used this hair dye for the first time, and one package was enough for two applications. I applied it after using a deep-cleansing shampoo. My natural hair color is dark, but the dye works well even on dark hair, providing a rich and long-lasting color. I left it on for just over an hour, occasionally misting it with water mixed with Salerm mask when it started to dry out. My hair feels soft, silky, and enriched with pigment, and it seems thicker after coloring because the dye fills in the hair structure. I'm satisfied and plan to buy it again.
I have a friend who is a trichologist. After examining my hair with his equipment, he became interested in the dye I was using because it looked similar to my natural hair pigment, even though the roots were different. When he found out it was an affordable Indian dye, he was surprised by its quality. My hair is very shiny, the color lasts a long time, and it's rich and vibrant.
We've been using this product for the second year now, and it covers gray hair excellently. My hair falls out less and is less prone to split ends. Plus, there's no reddish tint, unlike with even the darkest henna dyes. I highly recommend this wonderful product! MakeUp is always the best online store! :)
I really liked the hair dye. After spending six months using only henna and indigo, this is a real treat. I started getting gray hair early, so I had to dye it often, which led to hair loss. Switching to henna and indigo was a hassle, especially since you have to leave it on for six hours before washing it out. I found this dye after reading numerous reviews, and although it's not cheap, it's the best option I've found for my hair so far. I will definitely keep buying it.
I liked the hair dye. I left it on for 40 minutes. At first, it looked black, but once it dried, it revealed a dark brown color. My hair feels soft and shiny. Next time, I’ll leave it on for no more than 30 minutes.
I bought the dark brown shade. The only positive is the beautiful color. However, my hair feels terrible after using it! I'm currently working hard to restore it. It's not just straw-like; it's like cement. I washed my hair with shampoo, conditioner, and a mask. I even applied olive and coconut oil overnight. It helped reduce the stiffness a little, but my hair is still dry! I’m not sure what to do. I purchased two boxes, but I definitely won't be using it again.
