Protective Balm from Wind and Cold Weleda Calendula Wind-und Wattrerbalsam

The fact that it doesn't contain water and is made with natural oils and lanolin allows me to apply it before going out, instead of an hour or half an hour in advance. This is simply a lifesaver for me, as I constantly forget to apply cream before leaving, so I keep a second tube in my bag in the stroller. And of course, it provides good protection.

The most reliable winter product. I initially bought it for myself because I have cold allergies and always had major problems with my hands' skin in winter. It is the only one that saved my hands. Consequently, without hesitation, I also took this balm for my daughter. I read that sometimes people complain that it is very greasy. My advice is simply to apply less of it, as it will still provide good protection.

Very greasy, like oil, it spreads on the cheeks and stains clothing. After a few days of use, redness appeared and the skin became very dry. We didn't see the expected protection from wind and frost, and the condition of the skin worsened in both children (the use even aggravated atopic dermatitis). I do not recommend it.

I was disappointed with the tube as it is made of metal, which I find inconvenient to use. I only enjoy using it after taking a shower when my face is even drier, cracking from chlorine, and peeling badly. After an hour, the balm makes it soft and moisturized.

Great cream, we've been using it for 1.5 months. As the cold weather came, our cheeks and nose started to peel. But after using this product, everything literally disappeared on the third try. The skin became so soft and smooth. I highly recommend it.
