Using this product is not convenient. You have to shake the bottle to get the balm out because of the plastic dispenser. As a result, usage increases because it's hard to control how much comes out. There are no complaints about the ingredients or its effect on the skin. The scent is mild, just a hint of lemon. The only pleasant aspect is the glass bottle, which provides aesthetic and tactile satisfaction. I will be looking for alternatives and am eagerly waiting for this one to run out.
