Nivea never ceases to disappoint; it terribly burns my eyes for an hour after use and makes my skin turn red. It's awful. I used to only experience this kind of reaction with Avon. Everything else, like Garnier, Maybelline, and L'Oreal, is much better.

This product is simply ineffective. Not only does it poorly remove makeup, if you can even call it that, but it also dries out the skin. It would be more beneficial to just wash your face with plain water.

I have never ordered this product here before, but there is something I want to mention. I used it before and everything was fine. It removed makeup perfectly and there were almost no unpleasant sensations (slight oiliness was tolerable). But then in the autumn of 2019, I bought a new one and... my eyes started to swell and hurt for a whole day after using it! It feels as if I have been working in front of a computer monitor day and night!
It removes waterproof makeup well and does not cause any stinging during use.

I didn't buy it here, but I am very surprised to hear that it caused burning sensation in someone's eyes/eyelids. Neither me, nor my mom, nor my friend experienced that, even though we all have different skin types. On the contrary, it gently removes makeup and doesn't even irritate the eyes when it accidentally gets in. The only downside is the unpleasant oily feeling that lingers for a long time after applying the oil.

I agree with the comments mentioned above. The product removed the makeup, but it caused significant swelling around the eyes and they felt heavy and painful. I bought the product based on the recommendation of a consultant in the store... It's a pity that I fell for it. I won't trust consultants anymore!

It removes non-waterproof mascara well, the only downside is that it is a bit difficult to wash off with foam, maybe a gel would work better for that.

Awful! It caused me to break out with pimples. I even took a break and gave the product a second and third chance. But once again, I ended up with breakouts (((and on top of that, it leaves an unpleasant greasy film afterwards.

I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves it. It removes even stubborn Maybelline mascara without a bunch of cotton pads, without stinging my eyes, without eyelash fallout, and without smudging. Before, I didn't feel like using mascara in the morning because it took a long time to remove in the evening. Now, that problem simply doesn't exist! It's a wonderful product and very economical.

I am satisfied with this Bourgeois mascara; it is compatible with my eyelashes. It doesn't smudge and has just the right amount of oiliness. The speed of applying makeup with this mascara is beyond discussion. Thank you!

I also used a blue-colored makeup remover, and it removed well, but it was too greasy. However, the new pink one removes better, faster, and is not as oily. I am very, very satisfied!

Great product. Not too greasy. If it wasn't so greasy, the eyelashes would have fallen off along with the liquid. Very good for the price!

I really liked this product. It removes makeup excellently, and there is no need to rub it in. It is also odorless. I used to use the blue two-phase Nivea product, which I also liked, but for the first few seconds after applying it, I felt oil on my skin (although it quickly absorbed). With this pink product, there is practically no oiliness, and after a couple of seconds, my skin feels fresh and velvety. I will definitely buy it again!
