The balm is excellent. My wife is satisfied.
I bought this product from a different place. It has a sweet scent, more like candy than cocoa. The application is not very smooth, and it doesn't provide much moisturization (Nivea is better in this aspect). Overall, it's an average balm. Although the ingredients list mentions natural oils, its effects resemble more of mineral ones.
Lasted for 4 months of daily use, it is firmer in consistency compared to Nivea. The scent is interesting, cocoa oil, and it doesn't irritate me. It doesn't necessarily soften the lips, but it acts more as a layer that retains moisture. I found the perfect solution for myself - to soften the lips (even warm water works), then apply a light layer of it and top it off with a matte liquid lipstick (I use Eveline oh my lips, it stays on all day with this base). When I come home, my lips stay soft. Without the matte lipstick, it quickly disappears and the lips become dry again.
As someone who uses hygiene products every hour, I can confidently say that this one performs at the level of expensive balms. It has a very pleasant scent and provides superb moisturization.

I bought this product to alternate with Carmex. Carmex is for more serious cases, while Himalaya is for everyday use. It moisturizes well and the effect lasts. However, it can only be applied when it's warm around. It is impossible to apply it when it's cold outside, as it simply solidifies. This was expected considering its composition. If you plan to use it indoors, you will most likely like it, but if you want to use it outdoors in cold weather, it won't be suitable. The price is affordable. I liked this balm more than Nivea.
This balm is awesome! I've been searching for a long time for something like this. As a fan of oils, this is the best option. It nourishes well, protects from windburn, and moisturizes deeply. Regarding the comment about the lips feeling like they were covered in clay, well, I'm sorry, but natural oils cannot evaporate from the lips. In my opinion, it leaves a very pleasant finish on the lips (absolutely non-sticky, as if the lips are just well-hydrated). I'm thrilled with the scent; I adore sweet fragrances.
