The button fell off, but otherwise the bag is not bad.

I ordered a tote bag, and it arrived with a broken (defective) button clasp. I contacted customer support, arranged for an exchange, and guess what, the replacement had the same broken button clasp. I don't recommend this model in black; perhaps the tote bags in other colors are fine. Delivery, as always, was excellent!

DISAPPOINTING! When I placed an order, I was offered a gift - I chose this shopper bag. When I received the package from the post office, I put it inside the shopper bag I received. On top of the shopper bag, I carried another bag. The result: DARK STAINS ON MY JEANS AND LIGHT COLORED HANDBAG where the shopper bag rubbed against other materials.

In conclusion, I will search online and hope that I can wash the handbag... but this wonderful gift is only suitable for dark-colored items. The material is indeed sturdy.

I ordered this bag as a gift during a promotion to replace my old one. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The fabric is cheap, the size is significantly smaller, it sheds, and the bottom is poorly sewn compared to my old bag which is still intact and durable.

I just received my package and opened the bag to inspect it. However, as soon as I pressed the button, it fell off. It wasn't even attached, just inserted because the fabric is too thick and there is not enough space for the button to be securely fastened. The photo doesn't accurately show it, but the button barely protrudes from the fabric, almost at the same level. This clearly indicates that the button cannot be properly attached, it was simply inserted! I don't understand how they can sell something like this if it is obvious that it will come off as soon as the bag is opened. By the way, the button is made of plastic, so it is not practical from the start. I am very disappointed...
