I have sensitive teeth at the roots. This means that hot, cold, sweet, and sour foods all trigger pain. However, with this toothpaste, I don't have to worry anymore - it truly relieves the pain. So, if your goal is specifically that, I recommend it. I can even eat grapefruits when I brush my teeth with it.

I thought that my teeth started hurting because of the sour juice. I stopped drinking it. AND THE PAIN IS GETTING WORSE! I didn't believe the reviews when I ordered it, I thought, "Well, toothpaste for sensitive teeth can't make them MORE sensitive." I should have listened better. Even the teeth that never hurt before started hurting!!! The sensitivity feels the same as after filing a tooth (and for the one that already had sensitivity, it feels like they're hitting the nerve without anesthesia).

I used a whitening toothpaste from the same brand ROKAMI before - no problems! I had to get this one because I can't stand the mint flavor, and there were no other options. It's better to get one from the same brand, but a whitening one! Or any other toothpaste!

Bad Russian toothpaste. It claims to enhance sensitivity in teeth that are already insensitive. Look for better options.

It truly reduces enamel sensitivity during brushing, but unfortunately, the painful sensitivity returns throughout the day. I would still recommend it.

The toothpaste is quite strange. After brushing, there is no feeling of cleanliness as if the teeth weren't even cleaned. It has almost no taste, it tastes like oil or something very unclear. There is no abrasiveness, and I didn't notice any decrease in sensitivity.

The pasta is amazing! I've been using it for a long time. I used to buy it elsewhere, but now I will only get it from this wonderful store.
