My favorite primer. After using it, my skin becomes velvety and foundation goes on perfectly. I have combination skin and it doesn't dry it out at all. I've tried several primers, but I always come back to this one. It suits me. I recommend it!

This product is simply not worth the money. I can't say that it has a cool effect. I have been using regular Maybelline for half of my life, and it worked better at evening out everything.
