I bought this product for myself, but it doesn't really cope with rough skin. If you at least minimally take care of your heels beforehand, it will be fine. However, it's not really impressive. The handle is a bit weak, so you need to support it with the main part during the "procedure" to prevent it from breaking immediately.
The file is normal. I gave it to my boyfriend, and he uses it. His skin feels smooth.
I really liked this foot file, it cleans the heels excellently. I highly recommend it to all my friends.
In my opinion, this file doesn't work well on rough skin at all. The abrasive part didn't do the job at all.
I am not thrilled with it. The abrasion marks appeared immediately. And I don't have hooves! I bought a Staleks saw that was twice as cheap but without metal, and I liked it. Although the handle broke after a year, both abrasives are intact and usable.
This is exactly what I have been looking for. It is a moderately firm grater and a good file.
Good grater. After several months of use, nothing has fallen off or peeled off.
The black sanding part effectively removes rough skin, making it immediately smooth without any scratches, unlike the metal grater.
The only downside is that if used on wet skin, the grater and sandpaper get clogged and start smelling very unpleasant, and the smell cannot be washed or cleaned with any means.
