I cannot say anything definitive. My friend and I ordered an air conditioner and this shampoo together. For me, it's fine - it doesn't dry out my hair and works well, nothing special. However, my friend's hair becomes static and greasy faster after using it. I give it a 5 because I have used it before and I like it.
