I didn't like this product at all. The color turned out to be too reddish, but that's not the main reason for my rating. It's definitely not a gel, as it doesn't hold my eyebrows in place. You have to apply it very carefully to avoid any smudges, and it also smears a lot on the skin.

The gel does not hold, it seems to exist only to color the eyebrows. It does not even maintain the shape of the brows for 2 hours. If you accidentally apply a little more than necessary, it leaves patches on the face (eyebrows).
It works well for coloring, but not for fixing.

Great product! It provides excellent hold and adds volume to the eyebrows, making them look great even at the end of the day. I think shade 04 ashy is a versatile dark cool tone because I also bought shade chocolate and it turns out to be reddish.
I deducted one star because it's not perfect, you can't just take the brush and apply it to your eyebrows and voila: you have to first remove the excess with a small inconvenient brush, color the eyebrows, and then use an additional big brush to groom and shape them.
This product worked well for me in creating a 3D volume effect for my eyebrows after using a pencil. I tried using it without a pencil, but since my eyebrows are very sparse, that option didn't work for me. I chose the shade 02 for my greyish-beige eyebrows and I really liked it.

I purchased shade number 1, which is suitable for blondes or redheads. If you have darker hair and eyebrows, I recommend choosing a darker shade. I have microblading, but my natural hair is very light. I apply this mascara when I do my makeup for added emphasis. It evenly colors the hairs, although I can't say it provides a strong hold (which I don't necessarily need, and the manufacturer doesn't claim to offer). Overall, it's an excellent product for its price.
