We purchased this product on the recommendation of a dermatologist, and it has exceeded our expectations. The foam is excellent and has worked wonders for us. We used it to wash our hair and then combed it with a fine-toothed comb (a Chicco comb) afterward. The flakes disappeared very quickly. After getting rid of the flakes, we continue to use the foam as a regular shampoo (as the dermatologist said it can be used for general purposes as well).

Unfortunately, it has no effect at all, a waste of money. Although the shampoo helped with the first child within a week.

I have been using this foam for two weeks now, washing my head every other day. It has helped to get rid of small flakes and beginning crusts behind my ears, although the old crusts are still there. However, they have become smaller and are gradually coming off on their own.
The shampoos from Babe laboratories have worsened the condition of my crusts to a terrible extent. They have become dense, thick, and difficult to separate. It feels like these shampoos have made my scalp even oilier. The crusts have become so embedded in my skin that they now only come off with small hairs.
If I had started using Mustela right away, I would have long forgotten about this problem.

We got rid of the flakes on the baby's head in just a month! The child is 3.5 months old. At first, I tried applying baby oil and combing, but it only irritated the scalp and made the flakes worse! Then we started washing the head with this shampoo. I left it on for 2-3 minutes, gently massaged it with my fingers, and rinsed it off! I didn't use any additional products besides the shampoo, and after a month, the head was clean. For prevention, I still wash with it once a week.

It's better to stick to the "old-fashioned" methods.

Great product. It worked for us. I didn't even see any flakes on the scalp. As soon as they started appearing, I started using it. I applied it to the scalp at the end of bathing when the skin was softened. I left it on for 2 minutes, then massaged it gently with a soft baby bathing glove and rinsed it off. The smell is pleasant and it doesn't dry out the skin. I recommend doing a patch test before use - apply a little on the arm or leg, as no one is immune to allergies.

Mustela is a high-quality and effective product. I am satisfied.

At first, I really liked this product, but after a couple of months, it stopped having any effect at all. Recently, I read that it contains climbazole, which is a fairly safe and effective antifungal agent. However, it can cause dependency. You should not use it all the time; instead, take a break of two months after using it for a month. Also, it is not recommended to use it for a long period of time as the substance easily enters the bloodstream and affects the liver. It would be great if these warnings were included in the instructions for this shampoo, especially since we use it for our little kids.

This product is truly effective! My hair had a thick layer of dandruff and it was quite large. Thanks to Mustela, I didn't have to comb it once. Although it didn't completely eliminate the dandruff after two or three uses, gradually, after each wash, they would fall off on their own. And I also used the shampoo for a whole year after that.

The product works well in dealing with dandruff, that's for sure. I don't need to grease it with oil or scratch my head, but my little one cries when using the shampoo. Maybe it stings or something, I'm not sure... We've adapted though, washing our heads at the end, simultaneously with charging in the water.

As for dandruff, we have noticed a minimal improvement after washing it 2-3 times. It is too early to draw conclusions.

I bought it after reading the reviews, but I'm not completely satisfied. It's great that you don't need to lather it - my baby is 4 months old and starts crying during that process.
