This is a great shampoo for children. My 4-year-old has thick, straight hair that falls below her shoulders, and sometimes she gets flakes. The shampoo has a pleasant scent and is easy to apply and rinse off. However, it doesn't completely eliminate the flakes in our case. We used to remove the flakes with oil and then wash with this shampoo. But overall, it suits us very well. It doesn't tangle the hair or cause any itching, and a little goes a long way. So, for now, we won't be looking for anything else.
