Very satisfied.
I've been using this cream for a long time, as it's a must-have with a child. But it recently managed to pleasantly surprise me once again! I got a small burn on my eyelid from hot oil. The wound was small, but it couldn't heal completely because it kept getting irritated, and I was worried it would leave a scar. I waited for the wound to dry a bit and applied the cream overnight, and voila! By morning, it had dried completely and significantly reduced in size, with the redness fading. I repeated this for another night, and the burn was completely gone! I can confidently say that this cream is truly versatile and does an excellent job!
Can you please tell me if this cream can be used with acids? After washing my face, I apply The Ordinary glycolic acid toner. Would this cream be suitable to apply afterward?
I have dermatitis, and this cream has helped alleviate its symptoms. It has a cooling and mattifying effect, soothes the skin well, and is odorless without leaving a greasy feeling.
The cream is decent. It does a fair job of healing, I'd rate it 7 out of 10. When applied at night, my face feels smooth in the morning, but unfortunately, it doesn't help heal the cracks on my hands, which is supposed to be its main function. This is especially important for my dry skin in winter

Fantastic cream! I've been using it for over six months now. Previously, I had dehydrated, sensitive, thin skin with rosacea, and at the age of 22, I was already noticing slight expression lines on my forehead and around my lips due to harsh skincare routines. However, after six months of using this cream morning and night after cleansing, those lines fortunately disappeared. I highly recommend it! It's best applied with massaging motions for optimal moisturizing effect. It does leave a slight oily shine, so I try to apply it at least an hour before bed, though applying it right before sleeping isn't a big issue.

This is a great cream that I have bought for the second time. It provides quick relief for irritation or damage to the skin and promotes healing. I highly recommend it!
The product for my child works very slowly. He has atopic dermatitis, and I apply it to the itchy wounds according to the doctor's prescription, after washing and spraying the thermal water of the same brand. The rashes itch less and disappear slowly, but without medications, it doesn't do anything.
I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. This cream is like a remedy. As soon as I notice any cream allergies, I immediately apply it and it effectively relieves irritation. It's always with me, like a first aid kit. I highly recommend it.
I like the scent and consistency of this product, but that's about it for now. As someone with atopic skin, after half an hour of application, my dry areas start to peel again, even though I applied it with a thick layer.
This product is completely useless. It did not help with the dryness of my hands at all. It absorbs completely, but my skin remained just as dry as before. It's as if I didn't apply anything at all. It was a pointless purchase and a waste of money.
