The first time I applied it, I felt a burning sensation and thought it was because my skin was so dry. I only used it at night, and when I went to bed, my face and ears felt like they were on fire. I attributed these symptoms to the hot and dry air in my apartment.
My skin condition started worsening. It was dry, burning, and painful. When I examined my skin under a lamp, I realized it wasn't just dry; it was peeling as if I had burns on my face. The burning sensation confirmed it!
Initially, I couldn't connect all the symptoms because I had read many reviews praising this product. However, yesterday I applied it again and realized that this reaction was specifically caused by this balm (cream)!
Now my face is in bad shape because of this product, and it will take a long time to recover. :(
I also want to add that the texture of the product is very strange and unpleasant. When applied, it doesn't absorb well (perhaps my skin rejects it). Therefore, I do not recommend this if you want healthy skin.

I've been using this cream for a long time, as it's a must-have with a child. But it recently managed to pleasantly surprise me once again! I got a small burn on my eyelid from hot oil. The wound was small, but it couldn't heal completely because it kept getting irritated, and I was worried it would leave a scar. I waited for the wound to dry a bit and applied the cream overnight, and voila! By morning, it had dried completely and significantly reduced in size, with the redness fading. I repeated this for another night, and the burn was completely gone! I can confidently say that this cream is truly versatile and does an excellent job!
Can you please tell me if this cream can be used with acids? After washing my face, I apply The Ordinary glycolic acid toner. Would this cream be suitable to apply afterward?
I have dermatitis, and this cream has helped alleviate its symptoms. It has a cooling and mattifying effect, soothes the skin well, and is odorless without leaving a greasy feeling.
The cream is decent. It does a fair job of healing, I'd rate it 7 out of 10. When applied at night, my face feels smooth in the morning, but unfortunately, it doesn't help heal the cracks on my hands, which is supposed to be its main function. This is especially important for my dry skin in winter
