The shampoo caused dandruff, so I didn't like it.
Terrible product (I bought the shampoo and conditioner). I have never had dandruff in my life, but after two washes, my head was covered in white snow. I am devastated.
When I first ordered the shampoo, my hair looked like straw for the first month. But then, closer to the third month of use, I finally noticed the results that I read about here. However, I still use a different brand of hair oil and my unruly tangled hair has become shiny and smooth. As for the scent that was praised so well, I was disappointed when I first used it because it smelled strange. However, it does leave a really nice scent on the hair, I don't know how it works.
I tried it based on my friend's recommendation. I like the scent, it cleanses the hair well, leaving it loose and not dry. I use it with CHI oil or mask. No hair loss or scalp peeling. In my opinion, this shampoo requires testing before purchasing because, according to comments, it is not suitable for everyone.
I didn't like the shampoo as it didn't leave my hair feeling fresh, and I didn't notice any nourishing properties.
The shampoo, just like the conditioner in this series, is definitely a 5 out of 5. It cleanses well, leaves hair feeling pleasant after washing, the price is great, and it lasts a long time. However, if you're expecting results like those from an expensive mask, then buy an expensive mask to go along with this set, and the effect will be incredible. For the shampoo + mask combo, it is simply amazing.
I have noticed that this shampoo works differently on hair depending on the type of water you use. If the water is soft and not chlorinated, it washes fairly well. However, if the water is hard and chlorinated, it feels as if it doesn't wash at all. Hair becomes stiff, dry, easily tangled, and sticks out in different directions (almost like straw), and becomes greasy the next day. I don't like that the scent is very strong, sometimes even annoying. Additionally, I must mention that after a week of using this shampoo, my hair started falling out significantly, and dandruff appeared, which was not an issue before. Honestly, I am disappointed. I do not recommend it.
