The machine is completely useless, but the file is good. The machine bends easily and it's impossible to do anything with it.
Terrible machine. The plastic bends in my hands, the attachment slides off, it barely smoothes my heels, and there's no talk of removing any epidermis. It's completely useless. It doesn't even smell like the supposedly "high-quality" product it claims to be. I am disappointed with this purchase.
