The year 2014 marked a significant milestone for the Italian fragrance house Mandarina Duck with the launch of a new scent - Oh Bella. This exquisite, delicate, semi-transparent floral-fruity composition, crafted by the talented perfumer Sylvie Fisher, invites you to immerse yourself in sweet daydreams. A juicy beginning with the aroma of green apple, raspberry, pear, and ripe mandarin evokes memories of carefree summer days, leading you on a journey through a well-tended young garden.
In that garden, bushes bloom, laden with pink roses and intoxicating jasmine; there, fragrant freesia sheds its petals, while a warm breeze scatters them throughout the surroundings… There grows the noble white cedar, and in its shade, patchouli exudes its fragrance… There, the subtle scent of pure maiden skin mixes with the sweet whisper of vanilla, so that, hearing this symphony, you exclaim in admiration: "Oh Bella!"
I bought this fragrance for the second time now, and its scent and lasting power remind me of Miss Dior, but it's five times cheaper!
The aroma is romantic, bright, and festive. Compared to the basic version of Mandarina Duck (in the yellow bottle), it is softer and more delicate. My 16-year-old daughter is thrilled! I think it's perfect for ages 14 to 25, maybe even up to 30, although it depends on the individual preferences of the lady who likes it. It is suitable for any time of the day because it is not overpowering.
