I ordered the shade 5.0 Koleston Innocence in a light blue package for people with allergies. They called me back and said they would order it from Europe. As a result, I received the hair dye in a dark blue package... I didn't make a fuss about it. I colored my hair with the one they sent. I could smell the ammonia. I left the dye on for an hour with 3% developer. It worked perfectly. My hair felt a bit dry afterwards, but the color turned out beautiful: deep and dark woody. It has been 2 weeks and it still holds up. It completely covered my gray hair.
The paint is much smoother than regular Koleston. It effectively covers gray hair and contains less ammonia.
Great paint. It's just not clear where you got it from. It's not in any of Wella's color catalogs, and all the catalogs in the stores seem to be fake.
